Ovando, a luxury floral company in New York had a problematic design process previous to my collaboration. I acted as consultant and managed a team of 4 designers and programmers to address their interactive issues and achieve Ovandos new media goals of attracting participation and interaction with the Ovando brand, an secure online store and content management.
Produced and crafted tag lines and editorial voice for an online phone provider. Developed wire frames and produced illustrations for the site.
Learnvest, a financial education site for women, asked me to consult with them abot the effectiveness of their email marketing. They wanted to increase the chance of editors opening email pitches and poting a link on the respective sites to drive traffic to learnvest. I advised the creative director on best practices for delivering editorial content and created a persentation focused around using a more complex layout and typography hierarchy to highlight key content and make the information pop out to busy editors.
Rock Port Institute was stuck in a design process that was not moving forward. I consulted on scaling the site and adoption of a CMS to allow for growth. I also outlined SEO best practices and social media opportunities.
BWP came to me for a site redesign. I worked along side with the designer and managed a programer to launch a new site with a content management system. BWP can not update and publish their own projects and content.

The Forgiveness Project works at a local, national and international level to help build a future free of conflict and violence by healing the wounds of the past. I designed and lead a team of 6 others designers and craftsmen to develop and build a 32 image back lit photo exhibition.
Michael Sackler-Berner is a singer-songwriter from New York City. Since completing his first solo album, “MSB,” in January of 2009, he has been headlining at the Mercury Lounge and Living Room. He has landed eight prime-time television placements. His ballad, "The World's Spinning On It's Side Today," was placed on the season 2 premiere of FX's Sons of Anarchy. Created a site for Artist Nate Silverstein. The design reflects the artist's unique personality and was created to display his many practices, primarily photography.
Coded and Restructured a personal portfolio website for Evan Silver a director and producer working for companies like MTV and Urge.
While at belifnet.com / fox digital – the largest website for religion and spirituality – I managed, produced and instituted the site-wide image database, developed organization protocols(database, xmp), obtained image rights from stock agencies and photographers and edited digital content. While I was part of the editorial department, I also worked along side the design team to coordinate and refine the brands aesthetic guidelines as well as design and develop special projects (blog branding, skinning editorial content, content interfaces).
I acted as designer and creative director for a multi disciplinary team doing research on the effectiveness of their nutritional campaigns. In a collaborative process that took into account collected data and usage reports about designs and ascetic choice we created a bilingual direct mailer campaign. Having branding for spanish and english viewers, the campaign targeted the idea of fresh produce and bright friendly colors.
As an art assistant for Paul Villinski I produce a range of fine-art work from his collection and assist in developing new work. I have also worked on upgrading and producing marketing materials for the artist.
Along side a team of 3 other sculptors and designers we fabricated a unique modular sculpture for the Portland International Film Festival dealing with international and local elements and materials. The sculpture was kenetic and projected a film in the lobby for the festivals opening night.
